Ms. Jyoti Singh is a public procurement professional with strong educational background and 12 years’ of rich experience in public procurement and supply chain management. She is post graduate in Bio-Medical Instrumentation and Business Management (MBA) with specialization in SCM. She has also attained various procurement & SCM Certifications like CPSM from ISM, USA, CPPP & PDPP from World Bank. She has proven track record of handling volume purchase and management of procurement of wide range of Commodities along with Works, Consulting & Non-Consulting Services for the national projects under GOI supported by various International agencies like World Bank, WHO, DFID and GFATM.
She has worked with MoHFW, GOI as National Procurement Consultant for more than six years for three major National Health Programme i.e. NACO, RNTCP and IDSP supported by various International and UN Agencies. Also worked at National Centre for Disease Control for Global Disease Detection India Centre supported by CDC as Procurement Specialist. Her work profile involved detailed duties in the entire procurement process cycle, tendering processes, and regulatory frameworks, risks on all aspects of the public procurement cycle, procurement strategies and contract monitoring under various projects. She has also contributed in the preparation of state or project specific procurement manuals, SOPs for procurement and quality assurance, SBDs for Goods and Works based on WB and GFR Guidelines. She was also empaneled with World Bank as Public Procurement Consultant/ Trainer. She has imparted procurement and SCM trainings and handhold support to public procurement officials and also conducted Procurement audits/ reviews of state/ district level procurements under these programmes.
